After receiving my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Services Management from Winthrop University, I began my career working for Providence Hospital as an Operations Supervisor. Next, I went on to become Operations Manager at BlueChoice HealthPlan. While at BlueChoice HealthPlan, I pursued an opportunity to be their Project Administrator of Medicare Advantage in systems implementation. I am certified with FINRA as a Series 6 and Series 63 Registered Representative working in finance to help families become financially secure. Most recently, I move into higher education where I worked as the Business Manager for South University Columbia and completed my Master of Business Administration with High Honors. One of the things I am most thankful for is being able to work with my wife, since 1999, to grow and develop her small business, Bailey Fine Arts. Additionally, we both have served as Board Members with the Dance Theatre of Columbia since 1999. This has not only provided many opportunities to give back to the community through charitable contributions to local children’s charities; but has enabled us to watch our daughter, Blair, grow in the arts.
