Institute for Families in Society

I serve as an Administrative Assistant at the Institute for Families in Society (IFS), where I provide administrative support and help keep daily operations running smoothly. I am a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina. I have dedicated most of my career to USC, working in administrative roles that support the university’s mission.

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, performing at arts events, and traveling – especially to the beautiful mountains of North Carolina, one of my favorite getaways. I am also a passionate Gamecock fan, with a special love for the women’s basketball team and football team! Fun fact: I had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream by performing as Cocky, USC’s beloved mascot, for a year during recruitment events with the Office of Admissions.

I am thrilled to be part of the IFS team and excited to contribute to the meaningful work being done to improve the lives of families and communities across South Carolina.
