(MOL, Regent University)
I am the Financial Manager for the Integrated Health and Policy Research Division at IFS. I am a graduate of the University of SC with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on non-profit management from Regent University. With more than 20 years of experience in financial administration, accounting, and budget management, I have served in various non-profit positions and provided financial consulting to non-profits and small businesses.

Immediately prior to joining the IFS, I spent the last few years as the financial manager for a $20 million (5-year) National Science Foundation (NSF) Track 1 grant that included 11 institutions across the state of SC and promoted collaboration between the states 3 comprehensive research universities (CRUs), public and private universities, technical colleges and 2 of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). As financial manager, I evaluated project spending across multiple years, and assisted all institutions in ensuring project expenditures aligned with the submitted proposal budget, project period, and budget justification. I assisted in the preparation of the financial component of the annual report submitted to NSF and collaborated with the sponsored program offices and grants and contracts offices of institutions around the state to ensure project expenditure cohesiveness.

I have a passion for helping people through financial planning and am fortunate to be able to combine that passion with my career.
