Evangeline Clark
Program Assistant

is the program assistant to Research Associate Professor Dr. Irene Luckey on the Fatherhood Initiative. With 24 years experience in administration, Ms. Clark has previously worked in positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield and as supervisor at Morris Village the the SC Department of Mental Health. She most recently served as Business Manager at Planned Parenthood of SC.

Willa D. Stevens

serves as the assistant to the Director at the Institute for Families in Society and as the Institute representative for the Annual Fund. Employed with the University of South Carolina for 23 years, Ms. Stevens began her career at USC with the Psychology Department in 1980. In 1984, she went to the Anthropology Department as a Clerical Specialist, where she worked for 15 years as the undergraduate secretary and computer lab liaison, as well as the direct support to administration. In November of 1999, Ms. Stevens left the strictly academic arena and moved to the Institute for Families in Society.

Michael Weaver
Information Resources Consultant

(AA; BS candidate in Computer Information Systems) is the Information Resource Consultant for the Institute. He is responsible for day-to-day maintenance of all computer systems, technology planning, and computer education. Mr. Weaver has been with the University of South Carolina for three years - two years at the Institute, one at USC's computer services division.
He is a Novell certified administrator; Microsoft certified professional; and an A+ certified technician.
